Planning Permission granted for Grade II listed building

Mattinson Associates is currently working on the refurbishment of a Grade II listed building in Newchurch, Isle of Wight. In addition to restoring the Manor House internally, we are also proposing the insertion of a single-storey new build structure for the Artist Studio.The proposal is set into a secluded area, tucked away from the main views of the site. The design seeks to infuse a contemporary feeling. Slim line dark grey aluminium window frames and dark coated Siberian Larch are two of the materials forming the interesting palette for this project.Stay tuned!
