Another Planning Permission in Seaview secured!

Local Planning Authority has granted planning permission to Mattinson Associates for another house holder planning application for demolition of the existing outbuildings and proposal of a new larger single storey rear extension.The design seeks to complement the existing lime brickwork of the house with a very interesting association of materials including natural Siberian larch vertical timber cladding. Contemporary dark window frames with slim lines have been used to create recessed shadows where planes and glazing are located.The new rear extension wraps around the external space forming a quiet, enclosed courtyard garden with views into the rear stone wall of St Peter’s Church.Once again, we have kept our 100% rate of achieving planning consents for our clients.
