New-Build Home in Wootton – Construction Progress

After a very exciting site-visit earlier this week, we are thrilled to update you that our new-build home in Wootton is very close to completion and it looks great.The site, a stunning rural woodland, was perfect for use as a plot to build a new dwelling. The property holds a certificate of lawfulness for the garden area, and the clients wished to include the existing established mature trees in the finalised design of the new construction.The property has been transformed to accommodate new, contemporary and vibrant internal layouts in order to create an open-plan living space on the ground floor, perfect for life away from a bustling world city and nestled into the woodlands of the idyllic island. The final design portrays the dwelling as a floating entity, combine seamlessly into the existing setting, without deterring from the stunning woodland views.The significantly large windows, alongside with the external palette of materials, blend with the surrounding greenery and mediates between woods, earth and sky, empathising the successful design realisation of the project.More photographs will soon follow.
