Grade II Listed Building - Planning permission approved

Mattinson Associates is currently working on the refurbishment of a Grade II listed building in Newchurch, Isle of Wight. In addition to restoring the Manor House internally, we are also proposing the insertion of a single-storey new build structure for the Pool House.The proposal is set into a secluded area, opposite the swimming pool and making the most out of the rural views. The design seeks to infuse a contemporary feeling. Slim line dark grey aluminium window frames and dark coated Siberian Larch are two of the materials forming the interesting palette for this project.More photos to follow…
