Planning Permission in Seaview successfully granted

Once again, Mattinson Associates have successfully been granted planning permission from the Local Planning Authority for another house holder planning application in Seaview! This will include demolition of the existing rear extension and replacing it with a new single storey rear extension along with widening of existing dormer windows on side and front elevations.This time, the design focuses on a simple conservative approach for the rear extension, to mirror what neighbours have proposed. The anticipated materials will be in keeping with the existing building, aiming to maintain the traditional character of the house both externally and internally.We are very pleased that we have managed to keep our 100% rate of achieving successful planning consents for our clients!
