Planning Permission – Approved

We are very pleased to inform you that Mattinson Associates have secured another house holder planning permission for a local rear extension. The project promises a very interesting new palette for a 1970s dwelling, located in Ryde.The design caters for a contemporary extension with a very interesting juxtaposition of materials including existing red-brown brick and new black brick. Additional materials such as cream stone paving slabs and black coated timber cladding are also part of the palette.After various design discussions and sensitive design solutions negotiated with the local planning authority, we are very pleased to have secured this planning permission and on top of that, we have managed to keep our 100% rate of achieving permissions for our projects!
